How to bypass the safety net for a contacting in Close CRM

In some cases, like when a contact has given you their contact info, you may want to manually bypass the Safety Net inside Close CRM by conducting the following steps:

1) Go to the contact in Close CRM that you received the notification from Allegrow about, then Select 'More' and then 'Manage Sequence'.

2) You can now select the sequence you're sure you'd like to enrol the prospect in. (which will be labelled as a sequence with the words 'Paused'.

3) Ensure you're happy with the content and sequence the contact is receiving.

4) After selecting the sequence, you'll want to select 'Resume' in the bottom right-hand corner of the editing screen.

*Remember - you can use this as an opportunity to add the contact to a different sequence with fewer email steps. Simply select 'Unenroll' and then enrol the contact into a different sequence.

​5) Your email will now proceed to be sent, bypassing the Safety Net and entering the contact into the chosen sequence.
