Before you're able to set up workflows in HubSpot for your Safety Net custom fields, you must first carry out the relevant integration here.
Please note that utilising workflows to automatically unenrol contacts is only available on HubSpot Enterprise packages.
Using workflows inside of HubSpot can help you manage the preventions made by the Safety Net in Allegrow and utilise them further to help with your overall outbound motion.
When a contact is identified as risky by the Safety Net, you may want to automate movement into a separate sequence, add them to a suppression list or create a task for the contact owner.
Before you follow the guidance below, we would recommend following the guidance here to set up the initial basic workflow.
1) Once you’ve set up the initial workflow for list enrolment, you can add additional steps to unenroll contacts from sequences.
Under the Suppression Branch, add the Action ‘Unenrol contact from sequence’
This will then remove any of the risky contacts from prospecting.
You can also, if you wish, set a task here to find new contacts at the organisation and either send this to the rep or to the team that manages data.
2) Under the new Sequence Branch, add the Action ‘Unenrol contact from sequence’.
Then add a second Action for ‘Enrol in a sequence’ and select the sequence that doesn’t include email touch points. This will then ensure that the contacts that have been prevented continue to be prospected most effectively.
