*You will first need to carry out the integration to Outreach.io using our guidance here.
Utilising custom fields can help you manage the preventions made by the Safety Net in Allegrow and utilise them further to help with your overall outbound motion. You can follow our guidance here to set these up:
1) Go to your Outreach.io Admin and select 'Administration' on your left-hand-side navigation pane.
2) Select 'Records' and then 'Prospects', Click on 'Fields configuration tab' and then on 'Add Configuration'.
3) Here you'll be able to select the field that you want to configure as your custom fields for Allegrow. You can select the field from the drop-down menu and name it according to the specific field that you are mapping over. Ex: 'Allegrow Risk Analysis'.
βRemember to take note of the custom field that you're assigning to Allegrow.
We would advise making a note of which custom field you have selected for the next steps.
Under the offered types/validations (Numerical, pick-list, etc.), select 'Text Field' for the field.
4) Select 'Add'. This will create the custom field and mean that we're able to update it when Allegrow's Safety Net makes a prevention.
5) Repeat this for each field that you would like to map to Outreach.
6) Open up your Allegrow Admin and go to Settings>Integrations>Outreach.io.
7) Scroll down until you see 'Custom Fields'.
8) Click the toggle next to the field you're trying to map, then select the custom field that you assigned to Allegrow in Outreach.io. For example, if you selected 'Custom Field 1', you would select 'custom1' in Allegrow. Once updated, the toggle should turn blue, and you will see a success message in the top right corner.
9) Moving forward, the Allegrow Safety Net will now update each field any time a prevention is made in Outreach.io in line with our guidance here.
