On occasion, we understand that you may need to reset your password to access Allegrow. In order to reset your password you must either be an Owner of an account or have been invited to Allegrow and already have login credentials.
To reset your password, please follow the guidance below:
1) Navigate to the log in screen here.
2) Select 'forgot password' and a modal will appear asking you to confirm your sign-in email address.
3) Enter your email address that you use to log into Allegrow.
4) Once you've entered your email address, another modal will appear* to enter your verification code, this should have been sent to you over email from <hello@m.allegrow.co>.

If you do not receive a code, then you may be using an incorrect email address. Please check the email address you're attempting to rest
5) Enter the verification code that we have sent to you over email and you should now be able to access Allegrow again.

*If you're utilising a password manager, then on occasion, the password manager will detect the second modal, automatically fill in the password and close the modal before you can reset your password. Therefore please disable the password manager whilst attempting to reset your password.
