On occasion, we understand that you may need to reset your password to access Allegrow. In order to reset your password you must either be an Owner of an account or have been invited to Allegrow and already have login credentials.
To reset your password, please follow the guidance below:
1) Navigate to the log in screen here.
2) Select 'Sign In' to navigate to the Sign In page for Allegrow.
3) Select 'Forgot your password?' and complete your email address. Once you've done this, select 'Send reset instructions' to receive the next steps over email.
4) You should receive an email from <no-reply@m.allegrow.co> that looks like the below:
Please select the 'Reset password' button to reset your password.
5) Once you follow the link, please choose a new password for your account and then log in to Allegrow.
