On occasion, you may require the data from Allegrow for other internal reports or when you're looking to the data on a more granular level.
You can now select the data that you would like to review as an export and have the data with you in just a few clicks.
We would recommend following the guidance below to download the data:
1) Identify the domain that you would like to download data for and select the button highlighted below:
2) A modal will then appear, which automatically selects all of the mailboxes on the domain as default.
3) You then have the option to select the dates that you would like to export the data for as a custom range using the two boxes highlighted below and give you the option to select the relevant dates from a calender.
4) When you're ready and happy with the selection that you've made, you'll then be able to select export which will then provide a .csv of your data request.
5) As an additional point, if you would like to include other mailboxes or other domains, you can use the options in the modal to add additional mailboxes or navigate to another domain and include this in your data request from the platform.
