Allegrow’s MCP integration works best compared to the regular Google / Microsoft email connector when you need to search for context across multiple GTM inboxes at the same time to have Claude do analysis work.
Here are some example prompts you could run in your Claude co-working or chat set-up, pulling in data from the Allegrow connector:
1. A prompt to find any missed replies at the close of each day. (Can use co-work automatically to run every day at 6:30 pm).
Can you find me the last 5 conversation threads (across any of my mailboxes {email1}, {email2}, and {email3} using the Allegrow connector) that don't have a reply from me?
Ignore any email threads with "- myNS." OR "nsMotif." in the subject line, as this is testing/warming traffic.
(don't include any archived / junk/spam folder / promotional emails in the analysis).
2. Analysis of past template usage across multiple inboxes, sequences, and points in time.
In the past {insert_time_frame}, I've done a lot of emails to potential {Prospect_Segment} from {Email1}, {Email2}, and {Email3}. Use the Allegrow connector to search these inboxes.
The content is all similar to the email template below, so find emails that have similar subject matters to the one described in the template attached below:
Please create a report that compares all of the ones that have been successful to (a) advise the best content angle/follow-up sequence to use moving forward, (b) surface the people who are best to follow up with today.
{template attached}
3. Have Claude help to analyze potential bad practices on outreach emails.
I noticed my sender reputation in Allegrow has dropped to X% recently. Please review my sent emails to prospects recently using the Allegrow connector and advise based on the best practices outlined by Allegrow below, which templates or approaches are likely leading to the decline, and how to fix them:
For context, I've seen this decline since {insert_date} on {Insert_email}, so if you see any new templates or different patterns on inbox behavior from that date onwards (compared to prior periods), that would be vital to flag.
As context from Allegrow on what typically causes declines:
Doing cold outbound above safe limits outlined here (https://www.allegrow.co/knowledge-base/email-before-spam#cold-limits)
Prospecting more than a safe number of contacts at a given account simultaneously. (We would usually count anyone who has received an email in the prior 30 days at one domain/company as an active contact). These guidelines are outlined here (https://www.allegrow.co/knowledge-base/cold-email-sequences#heading-2-other-email-sequence-best-practices-to-boost-replies-without-damaging-deliverability)
Content being used on cold emails, which has common triggers for manual spam reports, outlined here (https://www.allegrow.co/knowledge-base/cold-emails-reported-as-spam#heading-4-what-are-the-most-common-triggers-of-spam-reports-on-your-cold-emails-and-how-to-decrease-report-rate)
Ignore all emails that have the "- myNS." OR "nsMotif." words in the subject line from this analysis, as they are test emails for warming to an opt-in network and have been specifically implemented to provide data (not for any actual prospecting).
These are just 3 examples to get you started with the kinds of areas using Allegrow's MCP connector across multiple GTM inboxes can drive value. Feel free to create your own prompts and let us know which types of workflows or tasks you've been wanting to implement in Claude (or another model provider), so we can ensure they're frictionless with the Allegrow connector.
