When the person who originally connected Outreach to Allegrow is no longer managing the account/integration, you might need to swap out the account that is being used for the integration. This guide will show you how to do that without disrupting the integration.
To start, you'll need to be an admin in both Allegrow and Outreach, and the integration should already be set up. You can confirm this by going to Settings > Integrations.
Once you're here, you will need to click into the Outreach integration.
Select "Swap Outreach Account"
You will then be taken to Outreach to log in and approve the connection
Once that is approved, if the new Outreach user has admin access to all of the same mailboxes in Outreach, then you will be taken back to Allegrow to see that the integration owner has changed.
**If the new Outreach user does not have the same permissions to view all of the mailboxes that were previously connected, you will see a page highlighting which mailboxes are missing. You should confirm that these mailboxes are either no longer needed, or adjust your permissions to maintain the same level of connection.
