To get maximum value from Allegrow and keep emails for your organisation hitting the primary inbox, you’ll want to involve every email user and department that sends outbound emails.
With this in mind, different types of users will need access to different parts of the platform to achieve their objectives.
As an admin, you’re fully in control of what permission sets each user has.
Users can hold multiple roles at once, and their permissions will be the combined total of everything those roles allow. Here’s a breakdown of when to select specific roles for a user you’ve invited:
The ‘Member’ role is typically the best permission set for a sales representative who spends more than 10% of their time on generating new pipeline. This type of user will have the ability to conduct the following:
Receive and send interaction (test) email traffic on a mailbox they connect to help monitor and improve their sender reputation.
Connect mailboxes to the platform.
Upload and download their prospect lists to the Safet Net Everywhere and view their own flagged contacts to help improve their sender reputation and efficiency.
View company details but not update them.
View the leaderboard to see how their reputation compares to other team members.
View insights inside the platform on their sender reputation.
The 'Admin' role is intended for leadership and platform administrators. Admins have full access to all areas of the platform except billing, and can:
Update the roles and permissions of other team members.
Invite team members to join the platform.
View and edit throttling across all connected users' mailboxes.
The 'Billing' role grants access to billing and subscription management. Assign this to whoever handles invoicing or plan changes for your organisation.
The 'Integrations' role grants access to manage integrations and external connections. This is appropriate for users who need to connect or disconnect the platform from external Safety Net integrations and view all integrated members.
The 'Viewer' role is for read-only access across the platform. Suitable for stakeholders who need to monitor activity without making any changes.
Now to specifically define those permissions in the admin panel navigate to ‘Settings,’ then ‘Team,’ and conduct the following:
1. You can do this by selecting ‘settings’ on the user you invited:
2. Then, in the ‘roles’ section, you can either select which role(s) you would like a user to have:
3. Now once you’ve reviewed each of the permissions the user will have, select ‘Update’ to make sure these are in effect on the member's account.
