Enabling the Safety Net on your account via an integration (like Salesloft, Outreach or Close), means your team will start to see email activity from Allegrow notifying them of the preventions that we're making.

The team should receive an email from <ruari@updates.allegrow.co> with the subject 'Safety Net: Email Prevented'.

When the team receives this email from Allegrow, this means that we've deemed the contact that they're looking to prospect as risky to email and could harm their sender reputation if they reach out to them in the usual course of outbound sending.

The email will also contain some important information for the team member to review:

  • The mailbox they're attempting to send from.

  • The email address they're trying to prospect.

  • The date that the prevention was made.

  • The reason the prevention was made.

  • An explanation of the prevention.

To make the most of the preventions that have been made by the Safety Net, we would recommend following the relevant guidance outlined here.

Alternatively, you can also use our guidance here to ensure that you have enabled custom fields inside the SEP of your choice.

You can also coordinate with your Customer Success Manager to set up automation inside the SEP to automatically move prevented prospects into a more appropriate sequence.

If you have any questions, please reach out to <support@allegrow.co> or your Customer Success Manager.
