To export any data from the Safety Net, you must first carry out the relevant integration and have the Safety Net active on mailboxes that are connected.

Exporting data can help with reporting on data quality and re-assigning contacts to reps following a prevention. You can follow our guidance here to export data:
1) Select Safety Net on the left-hand side navigation pane.
2) Decide if you want to export the data for all users or for a specific user. Select this on the left-hand side.
3) Choose the date range that you'd like to export data for.
4) Select Export.
5) This will then download the data in a .csv format for you and appear on your computer as a downloaded file.
