The leaderboard within Allegrow is a great resource to understand how individual mailboxes are performing when it comes to sender reputation. This area lets you know, which reps have the highest reputation and lowest based on the last 30 days, or based on the time period you dictate.
To access the leaderboard and decide which period you would like to review, please use our guidance below:
1) Select 'Leaderboard' on the left hand side navigation pane.
2) When the leaderboard loads, it will be set to show you data from the last 30 days as default and arrange the mailboxes form highest reputation to lowest. This is how we would recommend reviewing the data as this gives you a large enough sample size.
However, if you're currently experiencing a chart decline you may want to change this in line with the period of decline.
3) Using the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner, you're able to change this preset depending on how you would like to review the data.
How to utilise this data?
We would recommend checking the data on the leaderboard roughly twice a week.
When reviewing the Leaderboard data outside of a chart decline, you're looking to identify regular high or regular low reputation performance. Identifying the users that fall into this category can provide insights into how the user's email usage could be problematic or beneficial for inbox placement.
If someone is regularly at the bottom of the leaderboard and has a lower sender reputation than the rest of the team, it may be worth investigating the differences between this mailbox compared to the others.
Some things to consider would be:
Difference in volume
Difference in Content
Differences in behaviour, i.e. increased reliance on email over other channels like LinkedIn and telephone
Data Quality i.e. higher bounce rate
Using other functionality in the app like the Safety Net, could help with decreasing the bounce rate for all mailboxes, including the lower performers.
We also have additional guidance available here, which covers some of the reasons we often see mailboxes suffer from manual spam reports which could impact sender reputation.
Finally, if you have any concerns about the data for an individual mailbox or would like assistance with the best next steps after identifying a regular low performer, you can reach out to your CSM for further insights.
