When connecting your mailbox to Allegrow, we'll simulate test traffic on your mailbox to provide you with the most up-to-date reputation data for your mailbox and domain.
These emails will always have the tag "- myNS." or "nsMotif." in the subject line. When you connect your mailbox to Allegrow, you should use the guidance here to set up a productivity label.
To clarify, the productivity label that has been set up should only be for any emails with the tag '- myNs'.
In addition to the above emails with the tag "- myNS.", which you have just created a rule for, you will also notice Motif emails inside your inbox due to the platform activity.
Motif emails will have the tag "nsMotif." in their subject line - these emails should simply be marked as read and archived by you manually in batches. You can do this by periodically searching for "nsMotif." in your search bar, then marking all the unread results as read. (we advise every 48hrs).
The '- myNS' emails are the Allegrow Test activity that simulates positive interactions to help maintain/increase sender reputation over time. Whereas the 'nsMotif' emails are the emails we use to provide you with accurate and up-to-date sender reputation for your mailboxes and overall domain.
