What are '-myNS' and 'nsMotif' emails?

When you connect your mailbox to Allegrow, we'll start sending emails from your mailbox to other mailboxes on the Allegrow network. The traffic that Allegrow simulates will contact a large variety of content to help give a good overall picture of your sender reputation.

These emails will always have the tag "- myNS." or "nsMotif." in the subject line.

When you connect your mailbox to Allegrow, you should use the guidance here to set up a productivity label. This will help limit the amount of Allegrow traffic that you see in your mailbox and have an

To clarify, the productivity label that has been set up should only be for any emails with the tag '- myNs' in their subject line.

In addition to the above emails with the tag "- myNS." in their subject line, which you have just created a rule for, you will also notice Motif emails inside your inbox due to the platform activity.

Motif emails will have the tag "nsMotif." in their subject line - these emails should simply be marked as read and archived by you manually in batches (we advise every 48 hours).

Admin Guidance:

The test traffic is an optional activity for the mailboxes that you connect to Allegrow. You can follow our guidance here to set the relevant permissions to remove the test activity.

This will remove any reputation data that Allegrow provides for the mailbox.
