Hi there 👋 , first of all, don't worry disconnecting your mailbox is a painless process inside Allegrow.

You're probably looking to disconnect mailboxes so you can resolve an error which was made during account set-up. Or, you might have connected the wrong email address to your NeverSpam account.

Therefore, to delete the current mailbox(es) from your Allegrow account follow these steps:

  1. Log-in to the mailbox page (home page) of your Allegrow account.

  2. Click the 'edit' button on the right-hand side of the mailbox(es) you want to disconnect.

  3. You will be taken to a new page where you should select the 'edit' in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Then select 'Delete Mailbox' on this page.

After repeating those steps on all the accounts you need to disconnect, you should no longer see the inboxes on your Allegrow home screen.

Now, once you have fully disconnected all the mailboxes in question you should revert back to the set-up guide we've provided for your specific mail provider.
