Hello, Congratulations on connecting your email account you're now at the

cutting edge of lead gen ๐Ÿš€.
โ€‹

Allegrow will simulate emails in your connected mailboxes every day, which can

lead to your mailbox being a bit more cluttered than usual.
โ€‹

These emails can be easily recognised as they have the tag(s) "- myNS." in their

subject line.
โ€‹

In order to keep these emails in a specific part of your inbox so they donโ€™t get in

the way - please follow the steps below for Microsoft email users:

1. Create a New Folder inside your email account for the majority of Allegrow emails to be organised in ๐ŸŽฏ (avoid using the keyword 'spam' in the name of the folder).
(make sure the folder you create is a stand-alone folder and not a sub-folder of the inbox as this is a common mistake).
โ€‹

2. Navigate to the Rules option in the settings section of your account. Then proceed to name the rule anything you would like ๐Ÿ”ฎ. (avoid using the keyword 'spam' in the rule name)

3. Add the condition of 'Subject includes' "- myNS." ๐Ÿง

4. Add the Action 'Move to' [Name of the folder you created in step 1.]. ๐ŸŽฌ

5. Tick 'Stop processing more rules' and 'Run rule now', then proceed to press 'Save'๐Ÿš€

This should keep Allegrow emails out of your way each day so they don't distract you. But remember do not manually move them or reply to them.

In addition to the above emails with the tag "- myNS.", which you have just created a rule for, you will also notice Motif emails inside your inbox due to the platform activity.

Motif emails will have the tag "nsMotif." in their subject line - these emails should simply be marked as read by you manually in batches.

You can do this by periodically searching for "nsMotif." in your search bar, then marking all the unread results as read. (we advise every 48hrs).

If you use Google Workspace or another email provider please revert to the instructions listed here.

Please note* there are many versions of Microsoft's email service live at any given time. Therefore the UI you need to operate to achieve the above functionality may differ from our screenshots, however, the principles used will remain the same.
