Periodically, you may need to update the users that are connected to your Safety Net. This typically occurs when users details in your sales engagement platform have been updated, or new users have been added to your sales engagement platform.

You can do this by refreshing the connection within your Allegrow dashboard.

The guide below or the video here outlines how to accomplish this:

In order for a mailbox to be able to utilise the Safety Net, the mailbox will first need to be connected to Allegrow under the 'Performance' tab. You can find guidance on how to do that here.

You will also need to ensure that you have carried out the relevant integration to have the Safety Net active in your account. (You can check this by selecting Settings > Integrations in the Allegrow Platform)

In order to ensure that any new mailboxes are added to the Safety Net you'll want to refresh your Safety Net connection.

1) Navigate to the settings of your Allegrow Dashboard.

2) Select integrations and scroll down to the relevant connection of your Safety Net.

3) You can then select 'Refresh Mailboxes' this will refresh your Safety Net connections and add any of the new mailboxes that are connected to both Allegrow and your Sales Engagement Platform.

4) Once the list refreshes, if successful, you will receive a notification in the top right-hand corner of the screen letting you know that this has been a success.

5) Once you have refreshed the connection, you'll then be able to 'tick' the mailbox in the available list for the Safety Net and activate the feature for them.

The Safety Net will now be live on the selected mailbox to run risk analysis on any scheduled email inside your Sales Engagement Platform.
